Responsibilities

Prospect B2B (business-to-business) independent retail and wholesale leads

Service existing client accounts with all aspects of order processing, rate updates, contract proposals, renewal contracts, etc.

Conduct regular telemarketing activities as well as outside sales calls

Assist in customer needs, relationships, and problem-solving

Anticipate up-selling to existing accounts

Gather market information and data
-
Attend assigned tradeshow events
Qualifications

At least 1 year of sales & marketing related work experience

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Bilingual; English & Chinese or Korean preferred

Computer & internet savvy
-
Assertive, responsible, and a team-player
