Job Opening: Payroll & HR General Assistant (F/T) (Chino, CA)

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining & updating personnel files & records
  • Assisting with corporate & retail payroll
  • Assisting with employee orientation, development, & training
  • Assisting with benefits (health/dental, 401K, etc.) administration & contract negotiation
  • Assist with store employee recordkeeping and payroll, & communication between Store Managers
  • Assisting with HR-related employee issues/grievances
  • And other HR & admin-related assignments

 

Qualifications

  • Must have at least three (3) years of HR-related work experience; two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong people skills
  • Remains calm, flexible, & maintains confidentiality at all times
  • Must possess excellent writing & communication skills, be resourceful, pay attention to details, & be highly organized
  • Able to meet deadlines & multi-task with minimal mistakes/errors
  • Strong computer (MS Excel/Word/Outlook) and internet knowledge
  • Typing 50+ WPM
  • Netsuite &/or Jantek timecard system is a plus
  • Bilingual in Mandarin/English
  • Applicant must be authorized to work in the US

 

Compensation

  • $3000-3200/month DOE
  • Health/Dental & 401K benefits available after three-month probation period

Work Schedule

TBD; Office Hours are: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-6:00PM
