Job Opening: Store Manager – West Los Angeles, CA


  • Control P&L by coordinating staffing levels and proper inventory as dictated by daily sales

  • Control store inventory and budget

  • Ensure guest satisfaction, drink & food quality, customer service, and health & safety standards are met

  • Supervise staff and motivate employees to reach sales goals and requirements

  • Attend monthly store meetings at the corporate office

  • Train new staff & enforce corporate policies

  • Interview, hire & terminate employees

  • Weekly scheduling, labor cost & control management


  • 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in the quick-service industry

  • Bilingual preferred

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Dependable, punctual, reliable, and responsible

  • Strong communication skills, leadership, analytical & decision-making skills, and ability to motivate others
